This range of strip rulers is designed for quick and easy cutting.
So you can cut triangles. Then turn the ruler around and line up all the triangles along your strip of fabric, cutting out multiple triangles at a time. The holes cut out of the ruler allow the rotary cutter to cut the strip without damaging the ruler.
The top of the triangle is cut off and a half-square triangle will be formed. Put the two pieces of fabric together and cut at the same time.
