Operation steps
You must read the instructions thoroughly before the test, and restore the test strip and urine sample to room temperature (18℃-30℃) before use.
1.Remove the strip from the aluminum foil bag and use it as soon as possible within 1 hour.
2.Insert the bar into the urine specimen in the direction of the arrows.
Note: The urine level should not exceed the marks line of the test strip.
3. After at least 3-10 seconds, take out and lay on a clean, flat surface. Can also not take out, has been placed in the urine cup until the results are read.
4. Wait for the magenta band to appear and the test results should be read in 3-5 minutes.It was ruled invalid after 10 minutes.
Result Determination
Positive (+) : Two red bands appear.One is located in the test area (T) and the other is located in the quality control area (C).And T line is thicker than C line, or C, T line is quite thick.
Negative (-) : One or two red bands appear.One is located in the test area (T) and the other is located in the quality control area (C), but the T line is lighter than the C line, or no T line appears.
Invalid: no red strip appears in quality control area (C), indicating incorrect operation or deterioration of reagent strips.In this case, the instructions should be carefully read again and the test should be re-tested with a new reagent strip.If the problem persists, stop using this lot number immediately and contact your local supplier.
Note: The color bands of the strip quality control line and test line can show the different depth of color depending on the amount of LH in urine, and the result is determined according to the above standards.
